variability (IOV) parameters (Karlsson & Sheiner, 1993;
Lunn & Aarons, 1997); and robust
distributions for handling outliers.

Version 1.3 -- registered/full version (free of charge) recommended.
No lower limit on RAM; however, MCMC analyses can generate a huge amount of information,
which WinBUGS stores
in RAM. 32Mb (or more) recommended.
No lower limit on processor. Pentium I (or higher) recommended.
